financi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Il doit pr\u00e9senter\u00a0de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9, simple et coh\u00e9rente :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre projet<\/li>\n<li>les actions que vous comptez mener<\/li>\n<li>dans quelle direction vous voulez emmener votre entreprise<\/li>\n<li>comment vous comptez aller dans cette direction<\/li>\n<li>les sources de financement<\/li>\n<li>le temps que vous pensez mettre \u00e0 atteindre vos objectifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il doit aborder les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de votre projet mais aussi ses diff\u00e9rences avec vos potentiels futurs concurrents.<\/p>\n<p>Le business plan est devenu une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation de projet. Le Business Plan est notamment utilis\u00e9 lors de demande de financement aupr\u00e8s de banques ou d\u2019autres investisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>Etablir un Business Plan prend du temps, mais il est n\u00e9cessaire pour clarifier et structurer votre projet.
